INTEGRATIVE SOMATIC MASSAGE

therapeutic, process-oriented

This work is for those who want to explore the body more deeply over time.

It is a slower, process-oriented approach that supports the release of long-held tension, emotional patterns, and nervous system dysregulation.

Sessions combine massage techniques with somatic experiencing, supporting a deeper connection with your body. Through gentle, attuned touch and presence, a space is created where physical sensations, emotions, and experiences can be felt and gradually integrated.

Rather than focusing on symptom relief alone, this work invites a deeper relationship with the body — allowing it to become a place of safety, clarity, and regulation.

What This Work Supports

— chronic tension and pain
— emotional holding patterns
— stress and nervous system dysregulation
— reconnection with the body

INTEGRATIVE SOMATIC BODYWORK - Lin He

How Sessions Work

Sessions begin with a Guided Somatic Awareness Practice before moving to the table and includes verbal exchange during the hands-on work, depending on what arises.

Each session is shaped by the body itself, following what is present in the moment.

Ongoing Work

A single session can already be deeply impactful, offering insight, release, and a sense of reconnection with the body.

For those who feel drawn to explore this work more deeply, I offer ongoing sessions over time. This allows space for patterns to unfold, and for the body to gradually shift and integrate at its own pace.

I work with a small number of clients in this way, creating continuity, trust, and depth.

Available by request or after an initial session.
